On March 2, 2017, the Women in Public Service Project and Women@TheTable convened women leaders from 24 countries for a daylong conversation about realities and progress in the effort toward global gender parity in public service leadership. Participants from the legislative, executive, and judicial sectors engaged with global experts and stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities for global parity and to develop concrete solutions addressing critical barriers to leadership.

In an effort to translate the ideas discussed into actionable solutions, the Women in Public Service Project and Women@TheTable are pleased to present a conference summary and global action plan for gender parity. This report highlights the key points presented by participating organizations as well as the conclusions reached in sector breakout sessions. Download the complete report here.
